Westminster City Council procured a property management service for its temporary accommodation portfolio, covering areas including repairs, maintenance, compliance and day-to-day management of homes used to meet the Council’s statutory housing duties. Using only the guaranteed two-year term, the opportunity represented an estimated contract value of approximately £11.4m.
Beacon supported the client with the Social Value element of the bid, helping to develop and refine the proposed commitments through the TOMs framework. We worked with the bid team to solution credible activities and targets, support completion of the Social Value submission and review the draft responses to strengthen clarity, evidence and alignment with the Council’s evaluation requirements.
